Autumn in Northland invites us to slow down and savour the simple pleasures that surround us. It's a time to wander along winding walkways and enjoy coffee in the warmth of cozy cafés.
It is great to see the vibrancy of the township during the summer months an essential element to our community. However, it is also nice to get the town back to ourselves for a while I think.
As you probably know, Focus Paihia is a Charitable Trust and other than two small exceptions relies completely on volunteers, this includes the Trustees. The Trust for over a decade now has received dedicated support from so many local legends, you know who you are. Thank you.
We are always on the lookout for new talent, so if you are or know someone who is keen to contribute a skill, please let me know Chair@focuspaihia.org.nz. We have a long list of projects that need attention.
So, let's welcome the magic of autumn with open arms, knowing that within its embrace lies the promise of new beginnings and endless possibilities.
