Focus Paihia Op Shop

This great little initiative is run by a team of very enthusiastic volunteers.  It is located inside the Selwyn Mall (beside King Wah) and signposted “Focus Paihia Op Shop”. There you can find all sorts of treasures at very reasonable prices.

The team gratefully receives any quality second hand items that you no longer require, such as bric-a-brac, clothing, books, kitchenware, etc. and they now have room to sell some furniture. Second hand computers are not accepted.

Please ensure that your donations are in a salable condition. The team are spending unreasonable amounts on tip fees to get rid of items that are, well, rubbish.

ALL the money raised from the shop go towards PPP projects. That’s right, once the shop costs are covered (such as power, phone, etc) all the rest of the money goes towards cool projects in Paihia. To their credit the Op Shop organises an annual fabulous fashion parade – attracting  fashionistas and bargain hunters from near and far. The shop also features a ‘wall of fame’, photos of PPP projects and more.
